Wow, this is so different from all the other H!P photobooks. I've seen Momo's photobook with her face on focus, but this is really really close and don't get to see her clothes or even the background!
But it's actually working (in a way) because it's making me want to see more of the photobook XP
But I would have liked them to work on the types and their positioning a little better....

The theme for her photobook is about her being an exchange student. They didn't actually mention WHERE, but they've said "the Island of the South" instead. Hmm... where could it be... Australia? XP
Anyway, this photobook will be focused on her "campus life", "at the homestay", "club activities after school".

I really can't wait to see the inside pages X)

Banana Image Collection Corner: Fujimoto Miki wedding banquet

Fujimoto Miki recently (very recently, as in yesterday on 27 November) held a wedding banquet I guess in celebration of being married for four months?
Mikitty and comedian Shoji Tomoharu married in Hawaii this past July 3rd and submitted their formal marriage registration on the 11th.


But anyway, in attendance at Mikitty's wedding banquet were many many members of Hello!Project including producer Tsunku♂ and the rest of the members of Sharan Q.

Hello!Project 'Pucchi Best 10'

I know news of this release has been around for a looong time now, but I wasn't the slightest bit interested until the tracklist was released and revealed to include Aa!'s 'Yume to Genjitsu' which I've been dying to get a high-quality recording of since I saw their performance at the Hello!Champloo concert.

S/mileage major debut announced

WOOHOO!!
I've been waiting for this for so long and it's finally happening!


After three indies singles, s/mileage will be making their major debut in spring, "when the cherry tree’s bloom next year."
EXCITING





This announcement was made by Tsunku♂ via video recording at the Shinjin Kouen Yokohama FIRE concert.
He states that the four s/mileage girls – Wada Ayaka, Maeda Yuuka, Fukuda Kanon and Ogawa Saki – will be officially graduating from Hello!Project Eggs at their next concert to make their major debut in spring 2010 as an official Hello!Project group.

They now already have their own little profile page on the official H!P website.

ºC-ute 'SHOCK!' Preview + NEW ºC-ute's Members Colours Announcement

The first Single for 5-nin ºC-ute, 'SHOCK!' preview has been released!

Release Date: 6th of January 2009

According to the Japanese Wotas Blog (who were there at the event - YOMIURI LAND), it seems like this song has been sung mainly by Airi. And the rest just sang the chorus bits, and they've took turns saying 'SHOCK!' at the end of those chorus.
-which is pretty surprising because usually ºC-ute's songs were mainly sung by Airi AND Maimi. But for some reason Tsunku has decided to just give all the lines to Airi, which I don't really get... (if you listen to the preview closely, you could actually hear the wotas saying, "Airi? Airi? ... Airi?" hahaha)

Let's start off with some little baby Captain, back in the day when she first joined H!P in the Hello Project Kids division, back in 2002. When she first joined, her hair was long!

ADORABLE!!

And look at her now...

I LOVED CAPTIN IN RIVAL!!

We ALL know Captain's dancing is second to none, and she always looks like she is having the time of her life when on stage strutting her stuff!


But you know, her singing isn't too shabby either


However, what first drew me to Captain, was her strange smile and thick eyebrows! XD
Let's take a look at her cheezy over-the-top grin from back in the day...


It then slowly morphed into a strange and unsure smile with a slightly furrowed brow...


But now Captain has a beautiful natural smile with lovely well-groomed eyebrows!!

I really like this cover! It's simple and has a nice colour theme to it. Risako looks very pretty, but my, she is SO mature looking for her age!
That 'Risako Sugaya' type on the left really bothers me... Better font choices please! But the title 'Risou' in japanese on the right is REALLY nice.

I LOVE these covers! Damn, Buono! are SO good at making me happy!
It's still kind of weird that Airi is center though... But whatever, the styling for these covers are awesome!
I like how they shortened the 'Bravo☆Bravo♡Buono!' typography to 'B☆B♡B' but it's also kind of unnecessary...
My favourite cover is probably the regular version. The limited and single V are very similar and Miya looks kind of awkward in both these.
Yayay! Can't wait for this release!! P-A-T-I!!

Berryz Koubou 'Single V clips 4' DVD cover

A preview cover image for Berryz Koubou's 4th single V clips DVD was also released!
It shows all the girls in outfits from their 'Watashi no Mirai no Danna-sama' PV.



The DVD will include promotional videos for their singles 'Dschinghis Khan', 'Yuke Yuke Monkey Dance', 'Madayade', 'Dakishimete Dakishimete', 'Seishun Bus Guide', 'Rival', 'Watashi no Mirai no Danna-Sama', and 'Ryusei Boy.'
